We’ve devised an effective way to allow you
to test your interviewers’ skills - mystery
interviews!
We prep our interviewee
with information about your company and the available
job position. We work with
you to create a mock resume for our interviewee that
contains relevant work experience appropriate to
the position being advertised, as well as names of
local schools and organizations for our interviewee’s
background.
You then schedule an interview
with us and pass the appointment to your interviewer
or recruiter.
We arrive at the appointed time and act as an actual
interviewee; however, we’re collecting information
and taking notes about the techniques and expertise
demonstrated by your interviewer!
Within two weeks, we’ll
prepare and provide you a detailed analysis about
your interviewer’s
skills – including the overall interview structure,
their positioning of the job offer, the specific
types of questions asked, and any unlawful inquiries
made. You’ll know exactly how effectively they’re
assessing an interviewee’s capacity as a potential
employee, and if they’re doing it in a lawful
fashion.
