Facilitador^® has developed a proprietary methodology for extracting knowledge from your internal talent and transforming that knowledge into processes and tools that support greater human optimization.

The process starts with structured interviews with your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in order to capture intellectual knowledge equity, which includes both internal and external process, i.e., both behaviors and techniques or functions.

Afterwards we conduct job role, job task and procedural analyses. We then construct a visual map representing a job function, aligning the requisite behaviors to each of the tasks, procedures and processes. The result is a deeply defined and composite picture of exactly how a SME performs their job.

From the knowledge map we then develop various training materials and job aids aimed at facilitating rapid knowledge transfer to others.
