CEO and Chief Learning Architect

Michael’s passion for helping organizations and individuals achieve new levels of human performance led him to co-found Facilitador in 2001. He has 26+ years of experience bringing strategic value to the operations, human resources, and training and development departments he works for across multiple industries and cultures. As of today his solutions have touched well over one million people in more than one hundred countries. Michael holds a Doctorate and a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Workplace Learning from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton / Graduate School of Education) where his research focused on why people learn and don’t apply.

Michael is an experienced and skilled learning and development professional with a proven track record of success who knows precisely how to focus a team to deliver maximum results. He oversees all client solutions’ architecture and remains a point of contact to ensure full client satisfaction. Michael leads the instructional strategy and consulting teams.
Michael has 26+ years of experience in multiple roles within various industries such as manufacturing, banking, insurance, business process outsourcing, contact centers, and software. His real world, hands-on experience brings the instructional strategy team a practical no-nonsense perspective of what works.
Michael co-founded Facilitador®, LLC in 2001and the Performance Agents division in 2003. As one of the creators of performanceAgents™’ proprietary methodology for replicating top performers, he is an expert in human performance improvement and knowledge transfer.
Michael holds a Doctorate and a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Workplace Learning from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton / GSE. He received his B.A. from Hofstra University in New York. He has served on the Board of Directors for ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement), is an active sponsor, presenter and member of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

COO and Director of Client Services

As co-founder, COO, and Director of Client Services, Claudia oversees all of our development teams during the project lifecycle to ensure full client satisfaction. She has over 20+ years of experience managing complex knowledge transfer projects spanning multiple SMEs, countries and languages. Her customer-centric approach and attention to detail make her a natural at surpassing client expectations and ensuring the process is smooth and trouble-free. Claudia has multiple certifications in Instructional Design, Web-based Training, Project Management, and eLearning design. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barnard College and holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from Columbia University.

She has been an editor at a national publication and has written for El Nuevo Herald/The Miami Herald, New York Newsday, San Antonio Express News, Art Nexus, among many others.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Political Science from Barnard College and holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from Columbia University.
